BOOKING POLICY

A deposit is required for every appointment to secure your scheduled date and time.

ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

RESCHEDULING

Deposits can be transferred if at least 24 hours’ notice is given, allowing the original deposit to be applied to the new appointment date. This one-time reschedule forgiveness applies only once per tattoo. If your appointment is not rescheduled within 48 hours of notice, your deposit will be forfeited.

LATE ARRIVAL

If you’re running late, please let me know. If 15 minutes have passed since your scheduled appointment time and you have not reached out, your appointment time and deposit will be forfeited.

DEPOSIT CREDIT

Your deposit will go toward the final cost of your tattoo on the day of your appointment as per the RESCHEDULING and LATE ARRIVAL section of the policy.

GUESTS

Your welcome to bring a max of 2 people with you back to my station while you get your tattoo. Because I work in a shared space, I cannot guarantee a chair but we do have a lobby. All I ask is that your guest respect my space and be careful not to bump or lean on anything that may affect the work.

HEALTH AND PREP

You must be 18 year of age and provide and be able to provide a valid ID in order to be tattooed. You cannot be pregnant at the time of your tattoo. If you have any skin conditions (sunburns or rashes included) please let me know in advance.

DESIGN​

Typically you will not see the design till the day of the appointment. I welcome your opinion and allow any changes to the design to ensure you love your tattoo on the day of the appointment. If the changes are large, we may be required to reschedule your appointment. In which case your deposit will be transferred to the new date.

This policy is in place to protect my time, preparation, and scheduling.
